Google has announced enhancements to its Call Screen feature, which uses AI to help users determine which calls to skip and which to take. The improved AI has resulted in Pixel owners receiving 50% fewer spam calls, as the AI engages in natural-sounding conversations with unknown numbers. The feature now also identifies itself and notifies callers that the call is being recorded on behalf of the recipient.
